Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Learning Among the Pines is a little corner of the internet where I share our family’s homeschool journey—one rooted in nature, curiosity, and learning together across ages.
I’m a homeschool mom of four, teaching multiple ages at home. Our days aren’t perfect or Pinterest-ready, but they are full of books, backyard discoveries, nature walks, questions, and lots of learning side by side.
We follow a family-style approach to learning, using unit studies, living books, hands-on activities, and the natural world around us. I believe learning doesn’t need to be complicated to be meaningful—and that some of the best lessons happen outside.
Here at Learning Among the Pines, you’ll find: Family-style unit study ideas. Nature-based learning and backyard science. Seasonal homeschool inspiration. Simple printables created for real homeschool days.
Whether you’re homeschooling multiple ages, craving a slower rhythm, or simply looking for ideas that work in real life, I hope you’ll find encouragement here. I’m so glad you stopped by—and I can’t wait to share more with you.
