Refund & Return Policy

At Learning Among the Pines, we strive to provide high-quality homeschool resources and a smooth ordering experience.

Because many of our items are sourced and shipped directly from trusted suppliers, the following policies apply:

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements for items that are:

*Damaged

*Defective

*Incorrect items received

If you experience any of the above, please contact us withing 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns for:

*Change of mind

*Items that have been used

*Custom or special order items

EFA Orders

For orders placed using EFA funds:

*Refunds are subject to ClassWallet and EFA guidelines.

*In most cases, replacements will be provided rather than refunds. 

Processing TIme

Once your request is reviewed, we will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or refund when applicable.
