This hands-on gardening project provides students with a practical environment for studying plant biology, soil science, ecosystems, food production, and environmental stewardship. Students participate in planting, caring for, observing, measuring, and harvesting plants while documenting changes throughout the growing season.

1. Seed Germination Study
Plant several types of seeds and record the number of days until germination.
